Which Jamaican city is the best for family vacations?

Do you have any hotels you would sugest beside the all inclusives?

Montego Bay and Ocho Rios have proven well for families. There are a lot of family oriented activities and resorts in either area.

I, personally, prefer Ocho Rios. Negril is for party people.

    Montego Bay. That way you dont have to deal with the long (and sometimes scary) drives to different resorts from the airport. I’ve had the best luck booking with funjet.com or applevacations.com and noticed that some of them even other free stay for children under 12. There are also different shows and daily activities to keep kids busy depending on the resort.

    Ocho Rios is the best & safest city for a family vacation….but Negril is larger & has more to do. I would not recommend Montego Bay for a "family" to go….too big & too much drama in the streets.

    I had the best time in Negril I was there in January and it wasnt really crowded went to a few places and it was the most laid back. the perfect place to relax but if you want to do the tourest thing the north coast would be for you.:)
