You should bring an umbrella, it rains sometimes. Not as much as people think though. Whistler is probably snowy, I went there last Feb and it was pretty cold. Bring a jacket. A really popular restaurant here is the Cactus Club. It's pretty cheap...and really good. 420 is down at the Vancouver art gallery. That's where pretty much everything happens. It's downtown.
