Capilano Suspension Bridge

Here’s a five minute trip to the Capilano Suspension Bridge and park in North Vancouver, BC. It’s a popular tourist park with a lot of British Columbia heritage and the famous suspension bridge. There is also the “Treetop Adventure” which is a series of suspended walkways slung between tall douglas firs.

    i went there once on saterday midday there were so many people on the bridge at one time it was swaying so much!!!

    I think i recall it being free, maybe in the early 70s but i was only 6 or 7. I could be thinking of Lynn Canyon

    I have lived and …
    I have lived and grown up in North Van all my life… I must have driven by that brigde each day of my life.

    Still, to this day, I don’t understand why people pay money to go in there.
    I get off when I have to wait 5 minutes at the crosswalk for the 2 busloads of tourists to cross the stupid street.

    lol, i live like 3 blocks away and ive never gone there, the only thing i ever do near the canyon is go swimming at 30 ft

    capilano suspension bridge was so amazing… I never forget this one.. and the park around… beautiful
